islands and on and on. It was a whirlwind tour - a lot in a little over two
years!
COMMENTS: It is great that someone has taken the time and put forth the
effort to set all this up. I only wish that there were far more
participants. Where are you guys?
12/25/06 update: Forever, I've been trying to remember who the
two guys were with me when the three of us met the three Aussie chicks in
Cairns (and Green Island) Australia and later had the tuxedo-clad, pink
champagne dinner with in another Aussie city. Does this sound
familiar to you?
Ben Ciriacks' response: Wasn't me but I do remember a few of us
hosting a few Aussies and their Aboriginial guest in the outdoor patio at
our Barber's Point enlisted club in 1966.

COMMENTS: I often wonder what happened to "Hoss Greer", our flight
engineer in crew 8. He was a super guy to work for. And our PPC Al

Detachment. I think it was on a NAHA Deployment with was in Late 68 & Early

My name is Keith W. Martin. I was a member of VP-22 from 1962 to
1966. I was an AO3 and assigned to crew 12 on the p2v5 and made the
transition to the p3a before I got out in 1966. I reenlisted 2 months
later and after 21 successful years I retired to my home town of Nacogdoches
Texas and spent 18 years with the police department. I am now retired.
